ARKELL, Colgin - Born in Tisdale Saskatchewan November 6, 1927 and a resident of Nanaimo for 33 years, passed away after a short illness
February 23, 2008. His wife Helen predeceased him in 1995 after a long bout with cancer. Survived by his Son Bob, wife Mary Beth and Grandson Jason. In honor of Collie's wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flower's, donations to the Nanaimo Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
