CECIL RAE WEIGUM (Cec)

Cec passed away on August 18, 2010 in Palliative Care in Nanaimo, BC. He is survived by his wife Arlee; daughters, Pam (Ken) & Wendy (Massimo); grandchildren, Ryan and Sean; sisters: Marjorie, Lyla (Jack) and Donna (Doug); and nieces & nephews.
Cec served 36.5 years in the RCMP. He retired as Superintendent in charge of Vancouver Island District in 1999. Cec trained in Regina and served throughout Manitoba, Ottawa, Regina and Courtenay, BC. He was also a member of the RCMP Vets.
