Carolina (Lena) Bruzzone, 85, of Nanaimo, BC, passed away peacefully on Sunday evening July 9, 2017.
Born April 10, 1932 in Cosenza, Italy, she is survived by her daughter Roberta, son in law Gerry,
son Joe, daughter in law Cindy and her two grandchildren, Tyler and Renee.
Lena had an incredible ability and desire to meet people throughout the community and make friends. She loved to cook and surround herself with family and friends, and if you were lucky, she would teach you on how to make pesto!
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday July 19, 2017 at Nanaimo Cemetery,
555 Bowen Road, Nanaimo.
