Ruckledge, Bernice Elizabeth (nee Tickle) passed away peacefully with family by her side at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital on May 25, 2003 at the age of 68 years. Bernice is survived by her husband and soul mate of 47 years Jack. Her loving cousin Dorothy (Bob) Rafter, aunt Bernice and family of Calgary, and numerous other caring relatives and friends. Bernice was a Past Chief of the Pythian Sisters, Silver Leaf Temple #1, Past President of the F.O.E., Ladies Auxiliary. Past Matron of The Nanaimo Chapter #43 Eastern Star. Past Matron of the Ladysmith Chapter #4 Eastern Star. Bernice was a retired long time employee of Harmac. Cremation. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 04, 2003 at 3:00 P.M. in the Chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 1720 Bowen Road, Nanaimo. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
