Tragically Passed Away. Survived by his loving parents William and Barbara Thow; Partner & Soul-mate April Reed; Sister Lisa-Ann Bolitho (Bill); Grandmother M. Ann Thow; Great Aunt Susan Lynn (George); Uncles Gordon Ellis (Karen); Jevon Robert and Alex Thow; and many friends. A celebration of his life will be held at the 1st Memorial in Nanaimo (754-8333).
