NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMALGAMATION OF KIM BIHARI, PERSONAL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION (BC0849427), JOANNE WEST, PERSONAL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION (BC1082650) AND 1125098 BC LTD. (BC1125098) hereinafter referred to as “the Companies”
TO: ANY AND ALL CREDITORS OF EITHER OF THE COMPANIES
Notice is hereby given to the creditors of the Companies that the Companies propose to amalgamate pursuant to the provisions of section 278 of the Business Corporations Act of British Columbia. In accordance with the provisions of that Act notice is hereby given of the following:
- The Companies propose that Kim Bihari Personal Real Estate Corporation (BC0849427), Joanne West Personal Real Estate Corporation (BC1082650) and 1125098 B.C. Ltd. (BC1125098) intend to amalgamate as one company under the name 1125098 B.C. Ltd. as soon as possible after the expiry of the prescribed 15 day waiting period, required and pursuant to the Act.
- The directors and officers of the Companies, believe and have reasonable grounds for believing that the amalgamated company, created by the proposed amalgamation will not be insolvent when the amalgamation takes effect.
- Any creditors wishing to object to the proposed amalgamation must provide a written notice of objection at the address noted below within 15 days after the sending or publication of this notice.
