Another accident occurred at the intersection of Enterprise Way and the old Island Highway.
The two-vehicle crash involved a sport-utility vehicle and a car and happened at about 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Nanaimo Fire Rescue said no injuries were reported and there was no information as to the cause of the crash. The incident blocked one northbound lane for about 45 minutes before the Honda CR-V was towed from the scene.
There have been at least two other car crashes at the location since mid-August.
