A sport-utility vehicle and a cube van collided at a Harewood intersection this afternoon and there were multiple passengers but no one was hurt.
The accident, involving a Nissan XTerra and a Chevrolet 5500, happened at 2 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Fifth Street and Howard Avenue.
Nanaimo Fire Rescue and B.C. Ambulance Service responded, but firefighters said no one was injured. The direction of travel of the vehicles wasn’t known. One lane of Fifth Street was blocked off as crews cleared the scene.
