Nanaimo police seek help identifying suspect

Nanaimo Mounties are hoping the public can help identify a man who is alleged to have stolen a wallet from Racquets Unlimited, located on Bowen Road, on Feb. 5.

The suspect in the photo appears to be of aboriginal descent, about 5' 9" tall with a slim build and noticeable facial acne.

He was wearing a black jacket, black pants, black shoes and was carrying a black backpack.

Anyone who can identify this individual is asked to call Nanaimo RCMP at 250-754-2345 and quote file No. 14-3132 or contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online at www.nanaimocrimestoppers.com.
