7-Eleven robbed twice in Nanaimo
The 7-Eleven store at Townsite Road and Terminal Avenue was robbed Wednesday at about 4:20 a.m. when a man came into the store, indicated he had a knife and fled after the male clerk on duty handed over some cash.
Police have not tracked down the suspect, described as having a stocky build and was wearing a brown hoodie with white lettering on the front, baggy grey pants, white runners, black and white Mechanix brand gloves and covered his face with a bandana.
This the second robbery at the store in two weeks and police are working with the store to improve security.
