Nanaimo park falls short in contest

Nanaimo's Bowen Park couldn't compete with the vast assortment of public spaces in Canada.

Last year, Nanaimo's Commercial Street won for the greatest street in Canada in the same contest, hosted by the Canadian Institute of Planners.
