Lots of people enjoy looking at the scenery outdoors, but biosphere researchers take an especially close look.
The Mount Arrowsmith Biosphere Region Research Institute is turning some of its research this summer into an adventure. The team of student researchers from Vancouver Island University is posting an adventure blog to share its experiences exploring the region.
The blog highlights a number of day trips accessible from Nanaimo and Parksville and includes photographs and travel tips.
