Dance video screening at Cedar

The Vancouver Island Dance Society of British Columbia is at it again. The Nanaimo based nonprofit charity, along with the help of Capilano University film student, Marc Generoso, has released a series of dance videos, titled Dance Video Collection 2014.

The Vancouver Island Dance Society will be holding a public screening of Dance Video Collection 2014 on Friday (Feb. 7) at 6:30 p.m., at Cedar Secondary School. Tickets are $10 each or $35 for a family of four.

Dance Video Collection 2014 was directed, produced and choreographed by Generoso. The 10 individually themed dance videos were filmed last year throughout Nanaimo and the Ladysmith area. They also feature approximately 70 performers from the Vibrant Dance Studios in Nanaimo.
