Writers share short stories

Summer writing comes to life for two Nanaimo authors.

Paulette McCarthy and Sharron Bertchilde share their short stories with friends and clients at Terminal Park Starbucks Aug. 24 at 7 p.m.

The pieces were crafted to include two words chosen by each writer. Quirky combinations included earlobe, sex, dogma, ants and more.

The hour-long event is free to attend.
