Ride Don’t Hide wheeled around Nanaimo on Sunday.
The annual bike ride aims to raise awareness about mental illness and is also a fundraiser for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Participants cycled one of three routes starting and ending at Maffeo Sutton Park.
