The Nanaimo Old City Association will hold an information meeting to discuss the Malaspina Gardens property at 388 Machleary St.
The 138-year-old structure was once the home of Nanaimo General Hospital and Malaspina College. The historical 1.2-hectare property is on the City of Nanaimo's Heritage Registry, but the future of the property is uncertain.
The neighbourhood and general public are invited to attend and learn more about the property and historic building.
The information meeting will be held March 5, 1-3 p.m., at St. Peter's Catholic Church at 301 Fitzwilliam St.
