Picnic gathers home-school families

The fourth annual Not Back to School Picnic for home learning families goes Tuesday (Sept. 2) from 10:30 a.m. until about 2:30 p.m. at Bowen Park, near Kin Pool.

Organizer Susanne Lee expects about 150 people to attend.

There will be food and face painting, and pencils will be given away.
