Re: Changes in store for FortisBC billing, Letters, Jan. 29.
I would like to take the time to thank Tom Loski, vice-president of customer service for FortisBC, for his response to my feedback on accurate billing.
It shows that Fortis is listening to the public, and is going to great lengths to make billing easier, and, far more important, accurate.
I would also like to commend Fortis in its efforts to end estimate billing. Because of weather temperatures being so unpredictable in Nanaimo, I found that estimate billing was not dependable or accurate by any means.
Now on the lighter side, please reduce the rates.
