Christmas Hampers Nanaimo  –  The Salvation Army and Loaves and Fishes Community Food Bank Hamperville program is operated entirely by volunteers at 2560 Bowen Rd. in the old Madills building.

Downtown Nanaimo Business Improvement Association  –  A number of volunteers are needed through December for Christmas events.

MS Society –  A gym assistant with the ability to assist others with gym equipment under direction of an instructor is needed.

Shift is two hours in the morning, two days a week for eight weeks at Nanaimo Aquatic centre.
